Southside Place Historic Renovation

Southside Place · Houston, TX

A whole-home remodel and 1,500-square-foot addition to a 1930s home, recognized with a Preservation Houston Good Brick Award. The addition was designed to match the original house, and we kept its character with a restored red-brick chimney, new lap siding and painted shutters, and a covered back porch. Inside, every room was updated for the way the family lives today.

Southside Place Kitchen Remodel

Southside Place · Houston, TX

A white beadboard kitchen built around how the family cooks. A professional gas range-top sits in an arched, tiled alcove, with double wall ovens, a fireclay farmhouse sink, black granite countertops, glass-front uppers, and a built-in wine rack. Behind the doors: a pull-out pantry, a spice pull-out beside the range, tray dividers, a corner lazy Susan, and a double trash pull-out.

West University Place Sunroom Addition

West University Place · Houston, TX

A brick sunroom addition designed to look like it was always part of the house. The brick matches the original home, and wraparound windows with transoms, French doors, and a painted beadboard ceiling bring in light from three sides. A wall of built-in glass-front cabinetry finishes the room, and a new travertine patio ties it to the backyard.

West University Place Kitchen Remodel

West University Place · Houston, TX

A classic white kitchen with a pro-style gas range at its center. White shaker cabinets with glass-front uppers, a tumbled-stone subway backsplash, and rich brown stone countertops are lit by under-cabinet lighting throughout. Storage was planned piece by piece, with roll-out shelves, a corner lazy Susan, a spice pull-out next to the range, and a lift-up mixer shelf.

West University Place Primary Suite

West University Place · Houston, TX

A primary suite remodel covering the bedroom, bath, and closets. The bath pairs a stained-wood vanity and linen tower with large-format tile, a tiled-in soaking tub, and a frameless glass shower with a built-in bench and storage niche. Painted built-ins frame the TV wall in the bedroom, and the walk-in closets got custom drawers and hanging space.

Upper Kirby Modern Kitchen & Primary Bath

Upper Kirby · Houston, TX

A modern remodel with clean lines and high-end appliances. The kitchen has flat-panel wood-grain cabinetry with a panel-ready refrigerator wall, a white quartz waterfall island, floating upper cabinets with under-lighting, a pro range-top, wall ovens, and a wine fridge. The primary bath features a frameless glass shower with a floating bench and multiple body sprays, plus a custom closet.

River Oaks Whole-Home Remodel & Addition

A whole-home remodel and addition. We extended the house on the left side to add square footage, built a new garage with living space, and poured a new driveway. The addition was finished to match the original painted brick and shutters, so it reads as part of the house.

Independence Heights Kitchen & Primary Bath

Independence Heights · Houston, TX

A kitchen and primary bath remodel in an established Heights-area home. Original pink tile and dated cabinets gave way to blue-green shaker cabinetry, white subway tile, light quartz counters, and a warm wood bar top. In the bath, a freestanding soaking tub sits inside a glass-enclosed wet room with a rain shower and patterned cement-tile floors.

Shady Acres Bathroom Remodel

Shady Acres · Houston, TX

A dated jetted tub and tile surround came out to make room for a spacious walk-in shower. The new shower has floor-to-ceiling stone-look tile, a pebble mosaic floor, a built-in bench, recessed niches, and brushed-brass fixtures with both a rain head and a handheld wand.

Timbergrove Covered Patio

Lazy Brook / Timbergrove · Houston, TX

A covered outdoor living room added to the back of the home. The new roof ties into the existing house and features a stained tongue-and-groove wood ceiling, recessed lighting, and ceiling fans over a stamped concrete floor. New concrete flatwork connects the patio to the driveway.

Shadow Oaks Primary Bath

Shadow Oaks · Houston, TX

A spa-style primary bath. A freestanding tub sits beneath a backlit niche set into a wood-slat accent wall, the shower is wrapped in deep green vertical tile with brass fixtures, and a herringbone-front wood vanity and open built-in shelving finish the room.

A large-scale remodel with an open kitchen at its core. An oversized island with quartzite counters and a cooktop is flanked by double wall ovens, a wine fridge, and a second prep area. Cypress Kitchen Remodel and Wine Cabinet

Coles Crossing · Cypress, TX

A kitchen remodel plus custom woodwork through the rest of the home. The kitchen pairs painted cabinetry with a large contrasting island, quartzite countertops, a black farmhouse sink, and a pro-style gas range-top. Under the main staircase we built a lighted, glass-front wine cabinet in stained wood, and the stairs got new stained treads to match.

Ravensway Whole-Home Renovation

Ravensway · Cypress, TX

A whole-home interior renovation. The kitchen was opened up with white shaker cabinets, quartz counters, an induction cooktop with a built-in downdraft, a peninsula with seating, and a separate coffee bar. We also rebuilt the staircase with new treads and iron balusters, painted the brick fireplace, added a wall of built-in bookcases, installed French doors, and ran new flooring throughout.

An interior renovation touching nearly every room. The kitchen has beadboard cabinetry, quartz counters, a center island, double wall ovens, a pot filler, and a wine fridge. A new mantel and stacked-stone fireplace surround, a built-in desk, and paneled wainscoting along the curved staircase carry the details through the house. The primary bath has a tiled-in soaking tub with a hand shower and a frameless glass shower with a bench.

A warm, traditional kitchen with custom stained-wood cabinetry and hand-carved corbels. A black-painted island with turned legs and an angled granite top anchors the room. A tumbled travertine backsplash with a framed accent over the cooktop, double wall ovens, a built-in wine rack, a wine fridge, and a corner lazy Susan round out the space.

A home renovation centered on a new open kitchen. The hardwood floors were refinished throughout, and the kitchen got sage-painted shaker cabinets, quartzite counters, a farmhouse sink, and a center island. Smart storage is built in everywhere: a pull-out ironing board, a corner lazy Susan, a trash pull-out, roll-out appliance shelves, and tray dividers.

Greenwood Forest Exterior & Garage

An exterior makeover that changed the look of the whole house. The dated half-timber facade was replaced with new lap siding and gable trim, then painted a soft sage green. The project also included a full garage replacement.

A full renovation of a cottage-style home, with character in every room. Hardwood floors run throughout, and a sage-green built-in buffet with a wood top and patterned backing anchors the dining area. The white shaker kitchen has brass hardware and an open plate rack, one bath features a clawfoot tub with subway tile, and a covered back porch with a painted, multicolor wood ceiling leads to the detached garage.

Jamaica Beach · Galveston Island, TX

An addition and full siding replacement on a three-story, canal-front home. New lap siding, trim, and decking were installed to stand up to Gulf Coast weather. The addition brought a sunroom with water views on three sides, and the bedrooms include built-in bunk beds and storage.

Galveston Beach House Repair & Exterior Painting

Galveston Island, TX

Interior and exterior water damage repair, plus a full exterior repaint, on an elevated beach house. After the damaged areas were repaired inside and out, we repainted the siding, trim, and decks, along with the louvered enclosure below the house.

Sea Isle Addition & Whole-Home Renovation

Sea Isle · Galveston Island, TX

An addition and top-to-bottom renovation of a beach house. The open living area centers on a long kitchen island with granite counters and glass pendants, white shaker cabinets, and a full-height pantry wall, with plank flooring throughout. Every bath was redone with tiled walk-in showers or tub-showers, and the primary bath has a freestanding soaking tub.
